Sustain SC joined South Carolina Department of Agriculture Commissioner Hugh Weathers to talk about the important role that agribusiness has in South Carolina.

Weathers says, “Agriculture ties our past in South Carolina to present day, and more importantly, to what’s ahead of us.” Agribusiness is the largest contributor to South Carolina’s economy. As the population in the state grows, it’s important for businesses to partner with our agriculture resources to ensure South Carolina is the best place it can be.
